Robotica Destructiva is the 3rd feature film by writer, director Sam Gaffin, and the art collective known as The Killer Robots. The group’s previous films include The Killer Robots and the Battle for The Cosmic Potato in 2009 and The Killer Robots! Crash and Burn in 2016.
Filmed on weekends over the course of three years, Robotica Destructiva is a passion project brought to life by an enthusiastic and talented cast and crew. The various robots and mechanical monsters were realized with the help of improvised costumes, stop-motion animation, and a variety of digital effects.
